- Description
- The Tampa VAMC is seeking the services of a qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary equipment, labor, materials, temporary equipment and items, tools, specialty services, supervision, and perform work for NRM Project No. 673-CSI-100, SPECIALTY TREATMENT EXPANSION at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital located in Tampa, Florida as required by drawings and specifications. Work includes but is not limited to asbestos abatement, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and interior designs, and certain other items of work required by the drawings and specifications. All work is to be completed in 600 calendar days including weekend work and night shift work. The NAICS code for this procurement will be 236220 with a small business size standard of $33.5M. This construction project price range estimate is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. All interested Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov and registered and verified as SDVOSB by the Center for Veterans Enterprise at the VetBiz Vendor Information Pages: http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/general_user/default.asp. PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS ARE CAUTIONED THAT ANY BID OR PROPOSAL SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS SOLICITATION MUST MEET THE CRITERIA IDENTIFIED BY 38 CFR, PART 74. ANY PERSON, PERSONS, OR BUSINESS ENTITY SUSPECTED OF MISREPRESENTING ITSELF FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECURING A GOVERNMENT CONTRACT MAY BE CRIMINALY INVESTIGATED AND PROSECUTED FOR FRAUD AGAINST UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
