PRON: AX1F5089AX, NSN: 2915-01-382-2680, P/N: 7-211310117, NOUN: FLOAT, VALVE three year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Delivery Quantity (IDIQ) contract Minimum 100 each Maximum 200 each applicable to BJ: AH-64 APACHE Weapon System. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 100 each 315 days after contract award. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 100 each 210 days after contract award. Forecasted quantities are: 1st year 100 each, 2nd year 50 each, and 3rd year 50 each with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. This item is restricted to Boeing Company the Division Defense Space & Security Cage 8V613, Honeywell International Incorporated, DBA Honeywell Division Aerospace, Cage 99866 and Northstar Aerospace Chicago Incorporated Cage 22907. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity's procedures. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL, ACT (TITLE 22, U.S.C., SEC 2751 ET SEQ.) OR EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470. VIOLATIONS OF THESE EXPORT LAWS ARE SUBJECT TO SEVERE CRIMINAL PENALTIES. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
