Description

Overton Brooks VA Medical Center, 510 East Stoner Avenue, Shreveport LA 71101 intends to negotiate a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract with MEDRAD, One Medrad Drive, Indianola, PA 15051-0780. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.301, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for other than full and open competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. The NAICS 334510 applies with a size standard of 500 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will consider all responses to this notice by 2:00 p.m. (CST) 05, 04, 2011. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Responses must be in writing to the Contracting Specialist. POC: LaTanya Y.
