Description

RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDE FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER CONTRACT GS-08P-09-JFC-0010. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. GSA's Rocky Mountain Region, Public Building Service, Design & Construction Division has exercised a modification for additional design-build services for the Byron G. Rogers Federal Office Building and Federal Courthouse Window Replacement project located in Denver, CO. This modification will compensate the contractor for starting abatement investigation in the Federal Office Building prior to complete vacancy and for the added design costs associated with HHS agency requests a part of the modernization. This modification is valued at $137,603.00. This modification is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act for 2009. All reporting requirements from the Contractor are mandated per the Act. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PRICE OR TECHNICAL PROPOSALS.
