- 3rd drawing for 11-T-C353 2nd Drawing for 11-T-C353 Drawing for 11-T-C353 Statement of Work for 11-T-C353 Disassembly/Relocation/Re-assembly of 4 Aircraft on Lackland AFB TX This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and in conjunction with FAR Subpart 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written (formal) solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number 11-T-C353 in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. Verbal offers will not be accepted. Submission of written quotes must be in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items. Quote shall address all requirements in the combined synopsis/solicitation, and shall provide clear evidence of understanding and ability to comply with the Government needs. Therefore, contractors shall provide sufficient information demonstrating the company's technical capabilities and experience in aircraft recovery, disassembly, reassembly, and transportation of aircraft assets, including references, and points of contact with their quote. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-51 and DFARS Change Notice 20110331. This is a 100% small business set aside requirement. The North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 484220 with a size standard of $25.5M. Contractor shall provide the following services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work: 0001 Disassemble, Relocate, and Re-Assemble Four (4) Aircraft (F-101F; F-84; F-105; and F-101B) in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). A Site Visit will be held on 03 May 2011 at 09:00 AM CST. Please send an email notice if your are planning on attending the site visit to guadalupe.murphy@us.af.mil. FOB: Destination The government will award a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the solicitation and is technically acceptable (LPTA). The government required completion date is 60 calendar days after receipt of the contract award. The quote must be valid for 60 days. DOL Wage Determination 2005-2521, Revision 11 dated 28 Jun 2010 applies to this requirement. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this RFQ, the apparent successful offeror must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award, no exceptions.
