Description

Purchase Description POW Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The United States Air Force (USAF) intends to award a commercial, firm-fixed price award for One Digital, PC Controlled Low Vacuum Scanning Electron Microscope with attached Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy (EDS) and retractable Backscattered Electron (BSE) Detector image or equivalent, all within the same hemisphere in accordance with Performance of Work and Purchase Description. Any responsible source capable of meeting the requirement may submit technical, delivery, and pricing sufficient to determine capability. To be considered, any such documentation must be received NLT 13 May 2011, 4:00 EST. Only electronic submissions will be accepted and no extensions will be granted. All respondents must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), ORCA, and have a valid DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax Identification Number.
