Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number #:G11PS00375 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throughout Federal Acquisition Circular: 05-51, dated April 1, 2011. This combined Synopsis /Solicitation is not a small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 541690; Size Standard: $7.0. Please see attachment with additional information, and applicable provisions and clauses. The period of performance is one Base Year (12 Months) 1 JOB, and one Option period (12 Months) 1 JOB, in accordance with Performance Work Statement. The Government anticipates an award of a commercial, Firm-Fixed Price type contract. To be considered for award, all interested parties must be certified with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). To register with the CCR, go to the CCR web site at http://www.ccr.gov. Additionally, concerned parties should also be registered and certified with the Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA). To obtain ORCA registration and certification go to https://orca.bpn.gov. Electronic Invoicing and Payment Requirements Internet Payment Platform (IPP) Beginning May 1, 2011, payment requests for all awards must be submitted electronically through the U.S. Department of Treasurys Internet Payment Platform System (IPP). To be considered for award, all interested parties must be enrolled at the following IPP website: https://www.ipp.gov. The point of contact for this award is Cheryl A. Fitch at 916-278-9331. ALL questions and concerns shall be submitted in writing to cfitch@usgs.gov no later than April 28, 2011. Quotes can be e-mailed to cfitch@usgs.gov or faxed to 916-278-9339, ATTN: CHERYL FITCH.
