- RFQ for Aerial Flares and Impulse Cartridges The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Aviation Division (OA) has a requirement for the acquisition of the following Aerial Flares and Impulse Cartridges: 1. Five hundred (500) M206 Aerial Flares, NSN: 1370-01-048-2138 2. One thousand (1,000) BBU-35/B Impulse Cartridge, NSN: 1377-01-456-1933 See attached RFQ. The following FAR Part 12.3 provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-1 (June 2008) Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Items, 52.212-3 (Aug 2009) Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, 52.212-4 (June 2010) Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, 52.212-5 (July 2010) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial Items. The Government anticipates the award of a single firm-fixed price purchase order to the lowest price/technically acceptable offeror. All sources shall submit a quotation electronically to eric.vanderveen@usdoj.gov which will be evaluated. All respondents will be considered by this agency.
