- Description
- The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal for Waste Collection and Management for the U.S. Capitol. This project involves two options: (1) Waste Collection with Traditional Waste Management and (2) Waste Collection with Waste to Energy. Additionally, the Architect of the Capitol is seeking a Contractor that has the technical capability to provide single-stream recycling collection and processing services if the Architect of the Capitol decides to change existing recycling practices in the future. A contract will be awarded using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procedures. This project will have a Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Visit. The solicitation will be posted on fbo.gov website, on or about May 23, 2011.
