Description
The Government has a requirement for the following: System: Patriot; Noun: Detector Radio, Frequency; NSN: 1285-01-471-3820; PN: 11472379; QTY: 11 ea This item is sole source to Raytheon Co, Cage Code 05716 because manufacture of this part requires special test and or inspection facilities to determine and maintain ultra-precision quality for its function or system integrity. Delivery Schedule with Contractor Tested First Article is 150 days. The Delivery Schedule without First Article Test is 90 days. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency. To request solicitation package, please contact the contracting officer at the above email address. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All offers must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
