- GENERAL INFORMATION NOTICE OF INTENT FOR SOLE SOURCE The Great Plains Regional Contracting Office, Brooke Army Medical Center intends to award a sole source contract to LivingWorks to provide Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training ASIST) T4T Instructor Training. LivingWorks will provide training to Army Instructors to intervene with a person at risk of suicide. Award will be made on or about 3 May 2011. The NAICS code of this procurement is 611430 and the size standard is 7.0 M. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
