- RCO GTMO, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, intends to award on a sole source purchase order to Future Point Systems for Starlight Server; maintenance, support and XEE licensing. Future Point Systems Inc is the only company that provides this support and does not have authorized deals/3rd Party vendors. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source IAW 10USC 2304(c) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. The Government intents to make award during May 2011. No technical data/drawing/technical orders are available. If a firm believes it is capable of providing this exact service/warranty, please contact the below point of contract with 15 days of this announcement.
