- Solicitation for NSN 1560-01-246-9052 / IQC11109009031, SKIN, AIRCRAFT. Configuration Control applies. A technical data package is available and may be obtained for use in developing a source approval request (SAR) for engineering source approval. Currently the only approved sources for this item are AEROSPACE & COMMERCIAL, CAGE 1XKR3, P/N 16W101-19, PCA AEROSPACE, INC., CAGE (5H716, P/N 16W101-19 and LOCKHEED MARTIN CORPORATION, CAGE 81755, P/N 16W101-19. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Only offers from small businesses will be considered. This solicitation will result in the award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a 1 year base period and 4 option years. The estimated annual demand is 17 units. This solicitation has a First Article / Pre-production approval required by government testing. First article sample size is one (1) each. The required delivery schedule is 219 DARO for delivery of First article units, and 219 DAFAA for delivery of production units. FOB is Destination, Inspection/Acceptance is Origin. ABVS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
