- Statement of Work for Choir Director, Catholic SYNOPSIS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only soliciation; quotes are being requsted and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only quotations for F2Q3140297A001. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-45. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 711130 with a $7,000,000.00 size standard. Evaluation will be a "Best Value" determination with Technical, Past Performance, and Price all being factors. Technical and Past Performance will be pass/fail based on compliance with the Statement of Work. Past Performance is deemed relevant and recent if it involves Musical leadership and playing within the past three years. Offerors determined technically acceptable will be asked to perform an audition in front of a panel at the chapel at a date and time to be determined. Specific times will be arranged after receipt of quotation. Required musical pieces and rating criteria for this audition will be given to those judged technically acceptable.
