- The Defense Information Technology contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to issue Communication Service Authorization to AT&T to provide a single 9.6Kb control circuit between the control site and the Digital Remotely Programmable Conference Arranger (DRPCA) conference bridge at Waldorf MD. The 9.6Kb control line will connect to the AT&T managed DRPCA system. The DRPCA is an AT&T leased non-secure redundant conference system composed of two bridges equivalent in conference capability. Full-duplex dedicated data lines between the bridge and each control site are used to launch and control voice conferences. The network is used for critical command and control communications between the National Military Command Center (NMCC), US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) and US Northern Command (USNORTHCOM). The Government does not own any data pertaining to the design, integration, or operation of this network. This announcement is for information purposes only. Please note: DITCO will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. Responses received will be give due consideration as required by law. If you believe your business to be capable of satisfying the above requirement, please submit the below information to the points of contact listed within this notice. a. Company Information. Brief description of the effort. The capability package must be clear, concise, and complete. DITCO is under no obligation to provide feedback to the company, or to contact the company for clarification of any information submitted in response to this request. Capability packages should be limited to no more than five pages.
