Description

This procurement will be conducted using FAR Part 15 Negotiated Procedures, NOT FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding Procedures. It is a HUBZone set-aside procurement, meaning only contractors who are certified by the Small Business Administration as HUBZone contractors will be considered. The magnitude of the construction project is between $250,000 to $500,000. The solicitation was released on 26 April 2011 and should be accessible via www.fbo.gov. All interested vendors are encouraged to indicate interest by adding themselves to the "Interested Vendors" list herein. A site visit is planned for May 9th, 10am at the Village of Capitan's Hall.
