- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Oklahoma City: Tulsa Delineated Area: Northern Boundary : Starting from the intersection of Riverside Parkway and E 21 st St in an easterly direction to the intersection of E 21 st St and 177 th St Eastern Boundary : From the intersection of E 21 st St and 177 th St in a southbound direction to the intersection of 177 th St and E 11 th St S Southern Boundary : From the intersection of 177 th St and E 111 th St S in a westbound direction to the intersection of E 111 th St S and Riverside Parkway Western Boundary : From the intersection of E 111 th St S and Riverside Parkway in a northbound direction and ending at the intersection of Riverside Parkway and E 21 st St Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 18,843 RSF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 18,843 RSF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 38 Parking Spaces (Surface): 38 Parking Spaces (Structured): n/a Parking Spaces (Reserved): n/a Full Term: 10 yrs Firm Term: 5 yrs Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: Currently the Government leases space in Tulsa, OK, and the existing lease expires 10/31/2011. Government will consider an alternate location if it is cost-effective. Government will consider moving costs and all duplication costs when considering if moving to an alternate location would be cost-effective. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain.
