Description

The Coast Guard intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole-source procurement (under FAR authority 6.302) to IHS Fairplay, 110 N Royal Street, Suite 200, Alexandria, VA 22314 for the following: Electonic (Internet-Based) access to IHS FAirplay Sea-Web and Live data, including autowatch, movements and ports modules (two 5-license packages). The NAICS Code for this procurement 511199. The contract type will be a firm-fixed price. If no responses are received within fifteen (15) days with sufficient information to determine that another responsible source is available, negotiations will be conducted with IHS Fairplay. Responses shall be in written form; either via fax or email. NO TELEPHONE INQURIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
