Description

The U.S. Coast Guard intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole-source procurement under FAR Authority 6.302 to Lloyds Maritime Information Services Limited for the following: (1) SeaSearcher, 6 licenses for two(2) locations (MIFCPAC and MIFCLANT; distributed as needed). Each SeaSearcher license provide web-based access to Lloyds world-wide maritime shipping information. (2) Lloyds List online licenses for same locations. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 511199. The contract type will be firm-fixed price. If no responses are received within 15 days with sufficient information to determine that another responsible source is available, negotiations will be conducted with Lloyds Maritime Information Services Limited. Responses shall be in written form; either via fax, email or mail. NO TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
