- The dates included in this announcement are approximate and may be subject to change at the discretion of the Bureau of Reclamation. Actual dates will be established at the time the solicitation is made available. This is a pre-solicitation announcement with a synopsis of the requested service. A complete Statement of Work (SOW) will be available upon release of the solicitation. Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Regional Office, intends to solicit quotes for services that consist of providing a temporary clerical worker to perform backup secretarial and receptionist work at the Oklahoma Texas Area Office in Oklahoma City, OK. The following is ONLY a synopsis: Work includes, but is not limited to: Opening, reading and routing mail; preparing and formatting office correspondence, answering and routing incoming telephone calls, and greeting visitors to the office. Additional information: The successful candidate will be required to provide their own laptop computer with air card until such time as the candidate is approved for access to the Active Directory. The contractor will be responsible for all overhead costs or fees for administration, all payroll processing, and providing the Bureau with a list of candidates for interviewing prior to selection. No overtime will be authorized or paid, nor will any Federal holidays be worked or paid. Work will be located at the Oklahoma Texas Area Field Office at 5924 N. 2nd St, Suite 200, Oklahoma City, OK 73127 and will be from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday which includes one hour unpaid lunch and two 15 minute paid breaks at 9:00 a.m. and 2 p.m. of the work week. The solicitation will be available for viewing through electronic commerce. Solicitation number R11PS60274 will be issued via https://www.fbo.gov. Interested vendors may also check Reclamation's website at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. In order to download a copy of the solicitation vendors are encouraged to register their company with the electronic commerce website. Be prepared with your company DUNS Number, available from Dun and Bradstreet at 1-888-546-0024 and your Federal Tax Identification Number (TIN). The solicitation and any subsequent amendments and/or notices will be available to vendors on these websites on or after May 6, 2011. The North American Industry Classification System code is 561320 - Temp Help Services. The Small Business Size Standard is $14.0 million. Vendors are reminded they must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and in the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) to be considered for contract award (No exceptions). Registrations can be completed by going to www.ccr.gov and https://orca.bpn.gov/. The vendor's Dun & Bradstreet number and banking information are required for registrations. All responsible sources who submit a timely quote will be considered for this acquisition. Upon release of the solicitation, quotes may be submitted electronically. The Government reserves the right to cancel this announcement and the resulting solicitation at any time. This announcement does not constitute a solicitation.
