Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 511210, Size Standard is $25.0 (in millions of dollars). This requirement is being solicited unrestricted. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is seeking firm fixed price quotes from qualified entities to provide Dexterra Software Maintenance and Support for 750 licenses for a 12 month period of performance. Award will be based on lowest price quote offered to the Government. Contractual questions must be emailed to Christie.L.Harris@dhs.gov. Offeror must be registered in the Central contractor Registration (CCR) database before an award can be made to them. If the offeror is not registered in the CCR, it may do so through the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov. A company must be registered on the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) before an award could be made to them. If a company is not registered with ORCA, they may do so by going to the ORCA website at https://orca.bpn.gov Quotes will be due no later than 1:00 PM EDT on Friday, May 06.
