- Vets 100A Form Offeror's Qualifications Form Plans The FHWA-EFLHD will procure an 8(a) sole source contract for the Bond Swamp National Wildlife Refuge Project RRP-BND 102(1), 103(1), re-advertisement Solicitation DTFH71-11-R-00011, the project was originally advertised under Solicitation DTFH71-10-R-00012, located in Twiggs County, Georgia. FP-03 Errata FP-03 U. S. Customary Units Pavement Report The FHWA-EFLHD will procure an 8(a) sole source contract for the Bond Swamp National Wildlife Refuge Project RRP-BND 102(1), 103(1), re-advertisement Solicitation DTFH71-11-R-00011, the project was originally advertised under Solicitation DTFH71-10-R-00012, located in Twiggs County, Georgia. The project consists of the widening of U.S. Highway 129 for a dedicated left turn lane and deceleration lanes, and the reconditioning and resurfacing of the Longleaf Pine Trail Access Loop, Stone Creek Trail Access Road, Stone Creek Access Road, and the Longleaf Pine Trailhead and Stone Creek Trail Parking Areas within the Bond Swamp National Wildlife Refuge. The work consists of roadway excavation and embankment, aggregate base and surface course, Superpave asphalt concrete pavement, and other miscellaneous work. The project is expected to fall within the price range of $500,000 to $1,000,000. Bid due date and location will be specified on the SF 1442, Block 13a of the Solicitation. If firms do not register as an interested vendor at the Federal Business Opportunities website, there will be no Plan Holders List. Annual Representations and Certifications FAR 52.204-8 (Feb 2009). The Representations and Certifications must be filled-in online at http://orca.bpn.gov/. The required Annual Form Vets-100 must also be filled-in online at http://vets100.com per FAR 52.222-37.
