Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award Audio Visual Innovations, Inc, 6313 Benjamin Road Suite 110, Tampa, FL 33645-5196. The Audio Visual Innovations, Inc. will provide the Customer Care Package for the AV multimedia system as an additional warranty for preventive maintenance for the first year and full equipment warranty for the second year. The period of performance will be for one base year and one option year. Audio Visual Innovations, Inc. is the manufacturer of the AV Multimedia system. An interested party may e-mail a written capabilities statement with sufficient experience for these required services, which shall not exceed 3 pages in length. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), but a Notice of Intent. Interested parties may submit their capability statement, and qualifications for the provision of this service, which may or may not be considered by the agency via e-mail to durden.lawrence@pbgc.gov (no later than April 27, 2011, 5 PM Eastern Time) This is not a Solicitation, but a Notice Of Intent. No Solicitation will be issued.
