- The purpose of this DRAFT RFP which includes the PWS, BASIS FOR AWARD, EVALUATION APPROACH and PROPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS is posted for informational purposes ONLY and is not a formal Request for Proposal. The final solicitation, VA118-11-RP-0312, is expected to be released on or about June 1, 2011 at which time the Government will be requesting proposals to be submitted. In response to this DRAFT RFP, the Government is looking only for feedback from industry and invites vendors to submit any questions or comments on the draft documents by May 9, 2011 at 10:00am EST to the Contract Specialist, Carolyn Klein at Carolyn.klein@va.gov. This DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), with the intent to acquire an online Patient Health Risk Assessment (HRA) Integrated with VHA's Electronic Medical Record and Personal Health Record. Draft RFP documents including the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and sections of the Evaluation Plan are subject to amendment as necessary. The final solicitation, VA118-11-RP-0312, is expected to be released on or about June 1, 2011. The final solicitation will govern over any previously released draft documents. In response to the DRAFT RFP issued, the Government will only accept questions and comments from vendors. Please DO NOT submit any quotes or proposals as these will not be evaluated for award. All questions and comments shall be submitted by 10:00am EST on May 9, 2011 to the contract specialist, Carolyn Klein at Carolyn.Klein@va.gov. The Points of Contact (POCs) for this action are Carolyn Klein, Contract Specialist, and Carol Newcomb, Contracting Officer, Carol.Newcomb@va.gov.
