- Draft PWS Sources Sought Notice SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. The Government has a requirement for a Religious Education Coordinator for the Protestant Religious Education Program at the Buckley AFB Chapel. The Religious Education Coordinator will provide quality religious education starting with Nursery and continuing through Grades preschool-12 and assist the Senior Protestant Chaplain with administrative duties and Adult Religious Education to meet the mission and objectives of the Protestant Chapel Programs. The required services are commercial in nature, therefore, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items shall apply to this acquisition. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, transportation, and services for Religious Education support to the Buckley Chapel as required. The Period of Performance 15 Sep 2011 through 14 Sep 2012 plus three (3) one (1) year option period. 2. Set-Aside: TBD 3. NAICS Code: 813110 4. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS PUBLISHED FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. 5. Note this is not a request to be placed on a solicitation mailing list nor is it a request for proposal, or an announcement of a solicitation. 6. All interested parties shall provide their service experience, qualification, past experience with similar contracts and any other information; which shows the Contractor's ability to perform these requirements via emails. All documentation of experiences, qualifications, and past performance should be directly related performing Religious Education services. All interested parties are requested to provide a capability statement and the following information electronically via email to patricia.toliver@buckley.af.mil with the words Religious Education in the subject line of the email.
