- Copy of advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT SFO 7AK2032 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Alaska City: Adak Delineated Area: Adak Airport-Office must be in within one mile of the airport Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 300 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,400 Space Type: Office/Storage (see below) Parking Spaces (Total): 2 spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 2 spaces Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: Two 5 year options Additional Requirements: High security door locks on enter/exit doors. Expressions of Interest Due: May 6, 2011 Offers Due: TBD Occupancy (Estimated): October 1, 2011 Offered space must meet Government requirements, as per the terms of the Lease for: 1 Offered premises must be within 1 mile of the Adak airport. 2. Fire safety 3. Accessibility (ABAAS) 4. Seismic 5. Sustainability 6. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. 7. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate (larger residential) space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements. Expressions of interest must include the following information: •1. Building name and address and location of the available space within the building; •2. Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced; •3. ANSI/BOMA office area-(ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, (if any); •4. Date of space availability; •5. Building ownership information; •6. Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking, (if any); •7. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building; •8.
