DLA Maritime-Portsmouth, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME intends to negotiate via a 100% small business set aside, a firm fixed-price contract utilizing the procedures under FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation for the procurement of one each (1 EA) Level 1 Locking Ring manufactured in accordance IAW NAVSEA Drawing 7066800-A and ASTM-B750-06, UNS Alloy #317200, Temper TB00, QA Level 1, with DD-1423 Data Requirements. Instructions, specifications and data requirements shall be set forth within the written solicitation. The solicitation, SPMYM3-11-Q-3024, shall be posted on or about 11 May 2011 via a separate notification. Telephone requests are not authorized and shall not be accepted. The applicable NAICS Code for this procurement is 336311 with a small business standard of 500 employees. Important notice: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration applies.
