- SF 1449 Vicintiy Map CA Map Appendix b Appendix C Appendix A Agreement Exhibit B Exhibit A This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; find attachment below. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The intent of this solicitation is to obtain proposals for services within the boundaries of this project as defined in the attached map called "Willow Creek Fuels Stewardship Contract Area Map". The work required by this contract includes all the requirements outlined herein and in the attachments and includes but not limited to: • Hazard trees will be felled, limbed, and skidded/forwarded in the cutting units. • Timber harvest, removal, and related work. • Road Maintenance T-Specifications. The Willow Creek Pass is located on the Hanhs Peak/Bears Ears Ranger District. The project is northeast of Steamboat Springs, CO and located in Sections 10 and 15, T9N, Routt County, CO. See Attached map. This Solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this project is 115310 and the small business size standard is 7$ Million. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database located at http://www.ccr.gov in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and must complete electronic representations and certifications at the ORCA database located at http://orca.bpn.gov. Offerors must include response to all evaluation criteria to be considered. All responsible sources may submit a proposal for consideration. The Offeror should have personnel with broad experience and the necessary mechanical equipment to perform all the requirements listed in the Project Description. This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation and is only available through the Federal Business Opportunities website www.fbo.gov. Please locate and refer to the RFP attached.
