Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to (T21) 14B Female Domiciliary Bathrooms, Project 557-11-01, at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center, Dublin, GA, in accordance with drawings and specifications. Cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS Code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and size standard $33.5 million applies. Work includes architectural finishes, plumbing of new showers, electrical upgrades, lighting upgrades, new vanities and toilet fixtures, drop ceiling replacement, lighting replacement, ceramic tile work and heating ventilation and air conditioning upgrades (HVAC) Trades involved: General Construction, electrical, plumbing, tile work, wall paper, mechanical (HVAC). The solicitation package and drawings should be available for download on or about 05/13/2011. No hard copies of the solicitation or drawings will be provided. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by DVA. This procurement is subject to the availability of funds. This is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Site visit is tentatively scheduled for May 20, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. Interested parties should meet at Building 29, Engineering Conference Room, Carl Vinson VA Medical Center, 1826 Veterans Blvd., Dublin, GA 31021.
