Description

SEE ATTACHMENT FOR PWS Sources Sought Notice The Fleet Industrial Supply Center (FISC), Norfolk VA, is in the process of further developing the acquisition strategy to obtain non-personal Technical, Engineering, and Analytic Support Services in support of OPNAV N912. The period of performance will cover a one-year base period with four, one-year options. The government expects to make an award on or about 27 May, 2011. This acquisition will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). A �DRAFT � Performance Work Statement (PWS) is posted in conjunction with this sources sought notice. The government seeks industry input to further develop an acquisition strategy and hear from interested vendors that have the capability to support this requirement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541990. Interested businesses are encouraged to submit a capabilities statement that describes their ability to support the scope of this requirement. Please also include CAGE Code, and DUNS Number, as well as any other pertinent information. Please provide these packages by 1400 hrs EST, 4 May 2011 via email to CHARLES.O.LOSS@NAVY.MIL, FISC Norfolk, Contracting Department. Please reference �Technical/Analytic Support Sources Sought � in the subject line. The size limitation for emails is 5MB. File formats can be as follows PDF, Word, Excel or Powerpoint. Files with the �.zip � extension cannot be received. Should your email correspondence exceed this limit, please submit multiple emails stating Email 1 of 3, etc. in the subject line. Comments on the attached draft PWS will be reviewed. The government plans to use the Internet and e-mail as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging information. The Government will provide email confirmation of receipt of your statements. If companies do not receive an email confirmation after submitting their capabilities statement, they are urged to verify receipt telephonically.
