Description
Electro-Optical Boresight Systems for CROWS The US Army Contracting Command Picatinny, NJ is seeking product information on state of the art Electro-Optical Boresight Systems for performing and checking basic weapon to sight alignment on the Common Remotely Operated Weapon Station (CROWS). The system must enable a single user to perform the Boresight procedures. Information provided should address the following: Boresight accuracy Field of View Resolution Operational range (including near focus distance) Weight (both camera unit and total system) Power required Operational and Storage Temperature Range Reticle Pattern Minimum Illumination required Environmental Qualifications (Temperature, Drop/Shock, Altitude, humidity, Salt Fog, Sand & Dust, Submergence, etc.) Storage and Transportation Cabling Potential wireless communication between camera and control unit. Available display options including screen size/pixel count and potential for interfacing with existing weapon/vehicle mounted displays. Adapters for various crew served weapons including M2, M240, M249, Mk19 and Mk47. Firms/companies are invited to indicate their capabilities by providing specifications, brochures, manuals, reports, demonstration video and other technical data as well as identification of current customers and associated pricing information.
