Description
Contracting Office Address Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, National Cancer Institute, Office of Acquisitions, 6120 Executive Boulevard, EPS Suite 600, Room 6079, Rockville, MD 20852, UNITED STATES. Description The National Cancer Institute requires the following Commercial Software License and Maintenance Agreement. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation: No. RFQ-NCI-110056-MD includes all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAR FAC 2005-50 (April 2011) simplified procedures for commercial items. The North American Industry Classification Code is 511210 and the business size standard is $25 million. I. Requirement: The contractor shall provide Atlassian software licenses and maintenance support agreements for JIRA, GreenHopper for JIRA, Confluence, FishEye, Crowd, and Crucible software. Only one award will be made as a result of this solicitation. This will be awarded as a firm fixed price type contract. NCI CBITT offers critical open-source infrastructure components that others can use to develop valuable databases and software tools to meet specific research needs. Atlassian software development tools provide teams the ability to track issues and projects, find and review code, and improve testing and build management. NCI CBIIT's expanding suite of tools is built from these foundational components. The Atlassian suite deployed by NCI CBIIT is leveraged by other NCI groups as part of the on-going hosting support of their custom application development efforts. The Atlassian Software Licenses covers support, maintenance, and updates that are essential to ongoing projects and the mission of NCI CBIIT. II. Delivery: Contractor(s) shall provide support and maintenance agreement to include all updates, online support during local business hours (Sydney, Australia and San Francisco, CA USA), and full source code. III. Payment: Payment shall be made upon completion of period of performance for each separate license. Payment authorization requires submission and approval of invoice to the NCI COTR and NIH Commercial Accounts. QUOTATIONS ARE DUE: May 13, 2011 at 11:00am EST.
