- The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Technology Applications Contracting Office (TAKO) has a requirement to procure a Digital Engine Manuals for the Rolls Royce Engine C30R/3M from the A/MH-6 aircraft. Listed is the manuals needed: Item 1: 58 each of the C30R-3M PN: PC30R/3MMCD digital manuals USSOCOM intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to Aviall Services, Inc. in Dallas, TX. Shipments will be FOB Destination to Ft. Campbell, KY. Inspection and acceptance will be at Destination. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authrity 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy anency requirements). The Government does not possess and cannot furnish the technical data required to develop engineering descriptions, tecnnical data packages, or specifications necessary to permit full and open competition. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered.
