- Directions From Nashville or Clarksville: I-24 West to Exit 86. Turn left at the bottom of the exit ramp. Follow 41A until you get to Fort Campbell, located on your right. Enter through Gate 4 if you do not have proper credentials. Directions From Hopkinsville: I-24 East to Exit 86. Turn right at the bottom of the exit ramp. Follow 41A until you get to Fort Campbell, located on your right. Enter through Gate 4 if you do not have proper credentials. Registered participants will enter through Gate 4 to sign in and receive visitors passes. A valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance (for car rentals, rental agreement is also required) are required. After leaving the registration office, proceed to the first traffic light and turn left at the light (Bastogne Avenue), drive down (past Bank of America on the right) and the Blanchfield Army Community Hospital entrance will be on the right. Turn right off Bastogne Avenue and onto hospital property. Turn left at Joel Drive the intersection) and proceed to the designated parking area outlined in the attached parking drawing. Enter through "A" building entrance. Registered participants will meet at the main hospital ("A" Building). A Government representative will meet registered participants at the entrance, and distribute visitor badges and direct participants to the meeting room.
