Description

Zip file containing Submittal Summary, OSIH Pre-qualification Form and Pre-qualification Questionnaire CH2M Hill Plateau Remediation Company (CHPRC) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain construction services for the completion of the "Modified KW Basin Annex Construction" work scope at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Hanford reservation. The successful offeror (hereafter referred to as "Contractor") will furnish the personnel, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the scope as directed by CHPRC. The scope includes the construction of new buildings and structures to support sludge treatment, including process equipment provided as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). New structures will include a Sludge Transport and Storage Container (STSC) loading bay with second floor mezzanine, a mechanical equipment room, a high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter room, and a change room. Ancillary systems and equipment procurement, installation and testing, including utilities and site grading and paving, also are included within the work scope. Breslau as addressed below.
