- The subject requirement is for an acquisition of 1 NSN that is code and P/N to Pewag Intl (4N506) This proposed procurement includes an item within the federal Supply Class 2540. The requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order for which delivery orders may be placed for one (1) basic contract year with an option to extend the contract for up to four additional years in one year increments. The procurement will be in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. The Solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on or about May 18, 2011 at h ttp://dibbs.dcss.dla.mil/rfp. An alternate source must submit data and be approved by cognizant Government engineering activity. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB Destination basis. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The duration(base plus optionyears) shall not exceed 5 years. This solicitation will be issued as other than full and open competition, unrestricted procurement.
