- This is amendment to F11PS00508 announcement: Please NOTE change: This will NOT be a Two-Phase D/B Process. The US Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 1 and 8, Portland Oregon intends to issue a solicitation install a monitoring and alarm system that will repair, replace and upgrade the existing monitoring/alarm system and its associated components at the Spring Creek National Fish Hatchery compound, near Underwood, Washington. This acquisition will be a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621. Standard Size: 12.5 Million. This will be a performanced based contract requiring a Performanced Based Statement of Work and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). RFP F11PS00508 offer submission requirements and formatting requirements, evaluation factors including-technical approach, technical qualifications, capability to perform, past performance of the offerors team, and other appropriate factors with price as best value.
