- Notice Type: Competitive Small Business 100% Set-Aside This notice serves to announce the intent of the 81ST Contracting Squadron to issue a solicitation for One (1) FTE Medical Administration Specialist, One (1) Billing Clerk, One (1) FTE Medical Coder, and One (1) FTE Utilization Management Registered Nurse on a non-personal services basis at the 81st Medical Group (MG), Keesler Medical Center, Keesler Air Force Base (KAFB), Mississippi, also referred to as the "Medical Treatment Facility". The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, transportation and all else necessary to provide this service. The period of performance will be 30 Jun 11 - 30 Sep 11, plus one year option for a total performance period not to exceed 15 months. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be posted with the Solicitation. The solicitation will be uploaded to www.FedBizOpps on or about 10 May 11. All response should be submitted via email to gidget.mccalpine@us.af.mil or FAX at (228) 377-3298. This acquisition is being offered for competition limited to 100% set aside for Small Business. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 561110 and the small business size is $7 Million. The requirement will be solicited as a commercial service using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the authority of FAR 13.5. All interested must download the solicitation for FedBizOpps. There will be no paper copies of this solicitation available. All solicitation information may be obtained through the above referenced website. Interested parties should register online and subscribe to receive procurement announcements related to this solicitation. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package. The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov. Contractors must also submit their representations and certifications at the online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at https://orca.bpn.gov. The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation.
