Description
FEDBIZZOPS Advertisement for: Bremerton, Washington CBOC Lease SOL# VA-260-11-RP-0839 The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking approximately 4,500 - 7,000 square feet of office space, in the Bremerton, Washington area. The property shall be located within an area roughly square, described as follows: North Boundary -Route 310 Kitsap Way Extended, West Boundary - Washington Route 3 Extended, South Boundary - South Charlestown Blvd/Navy Yard Hwy Extended & East Boundary - South Charlestown Blvd/Navy Yard Hwy Extended. Preferably, the space shall be divided into the following estimated areas: "Office spaces "Medical Exam space "Allied medical support space "Conference Room spaces "Waiting room space Exact square footage per delineated space/room to be determined. Restroom facilities shall either be contained within the space or shall be readily available within common areas of the building. The space may be either on the first floor or on an upper floor that assessable by elevator. The space must be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Parking, both handicapped and regular must be readily available. Convenient access to public transportation is a plus. All utilities including gas, electric, water, sewer, shall be included in the lease. The duration of the proposed lease shall be a base period of one (1) year followed by two (1) one-year options, or a base of two (2) years, followed by one (1) one-year option. All interested parties are requested to submit a letter of intent, by 3:30 PM Pacific Daylight Time on May 11, 2011, to Mr. Jeffrey R.
