Solicitation RFP FA4885-11-R-0007 Letter/Memorandum to Offerors The Government is contemplating the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) THE NAICS code for this requirement is 722310. A SOLICITATION FOR THIS PROCUREMENT WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT 03MAY 2011. THE SOLICITATION RESPONSE DATE WILL BE ON OR ABOUT 03 JUNE 11. Contractor shall provide Contractor shall provide all management, labor and materials necessary as identified to provide full service restaurant and catering services. Full Service restaurant operates 365 days/year and serves an average of 300 meals/day with lunch being the busiest meal. Contractor must be fully proficient in progressive cooking techniques. Progressive cooking is the process of cooking required amounts throughout the meal period to reduce waste and spoilage. Contractor must be fully proficient in American style service which is generally less complicated than other styles and can be accomplished by waiters with minimal experience. These services are scheduled to begin 15 September 2011 or date of award if subsequent thereto, and continue through 14 September 2012 for the base period, followed by four (4) one-year option periods, through 14 September 2016, and a not-to-exceed one month extension under FAR 52.217-8.
