Description
Clauses Statement of Work Request for Quotations NOTICE OF AMENDMENT: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), Spokane Research Laboratory, is amending the original solicitation with special attention drawn to Phases 2 and 4, as well as the addition of the 52.227-14 -- Rights in Data - General (Dec 2007) clause. The deliverables will include travel, including a trip to Spokane, WA for one person and travel for one person to a conference in Minneapolis, MN to give technical presentation. Proposal should include a level of effort for each phase in man hours. Any equipment used, as well as the intellectual property associated with the prototype design will remain the property of the contractor and the Government will have unilateral right to terminate the contract after submission of each phase report. Award of purchase order will be based on Best Value to the Government, with emphasis based on technical approach. Funds of only $39,000 are available for this acquisition. All unreasonably high proposals will not be considered for award. Responsible sources that believe they possess the expertise and capabilities identified above are encouraged to submit to the Contracting Officer within 15 days from the posting date of this notice, their written item description/item characteristics and pricing information in the format they choose. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) prior to an award of a federal contract. The website is: www.ccr.gov. The Government will review any/all item descriptions and pricing information submitted and a single purchase order will be awarded in accordance with FAR 13.106-1.
