- Collection of Ash Seeds within the Proclaimed Huron-Manistee National Forests Boundaries. This Solicitation requires the collection of White, Green and Black Ash tree seed and related work, including but not limited to, furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies and incidentals. Location: All Ash seed tree collections are located in Northern Lower Michigan within the boundaries of the Huron-Manistee National Forests.
