- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. REQUIREMENTS: Hotel that can provide a continental breakfast and rooms for the following dates and locations. Locations and dates CAN NOT be changed. 1-2 June 2011 St. George, Utah - 93 rooms per night Cedar City, Utah - 26 rooms per night Fillmore, Utah - 41 rooms per night Beaver, Utah - 29 rooms per night Richfield, Utah - 42 rooms per night 3 June 2011 St. George, Utah - 57 rooms per night Cedar City, Utah - 181 rooms per night FUNDING: Funding is not presently available for this contract. Award of a contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. EVALUATION FACTORS: The contract type for this procurement will be firm fixed price and award will be made on the basis of lowest price technically acceptable.
