Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), specifically the Jesse Brown VAMC, has developed the enclosed solicitation, (RFQ) VA-69D-11-RQ-0309. The purpose of this solicitation is for the contractor to provide all labor, material, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to perform preventative maintenance (PM), routine and emergency services and gas purity testing for the Jesse Brown VAMC, 2030 West Taylor, Chicago, IL 60612 in accordance with the statement of work and the specifications, terms, and conditions listed within this Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a Firm Fixed Price contract under NACIS 811219, size standard $19 Million. Anticipated period of performance is June 1, 2011 through May 31, 2012 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods, at the Government's discretion. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on May 6, 2011. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the Federal Business Opportunities website; www.fedbizopps.gov, select "Find Business Opportunities" and then enter the solicitation number. Any amendments to this solicitation will also be available at this address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
