- The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Albuquerque Acquisition Office is requesting Quotes for Quarters Improvement and Repair Project at Jicarilla Agency iin North Central New Mexico, Dulce, New Mexico. Included in this solicitation is for the contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision during the project. The Statement of Work, Davis Bacon Wage Determination for the Service Contract Act Compliance, and Clauses/Provisions are incorporated into the Solicitation. In accordance with FAR 36.602-1, interested contracts shall submit in their Package a signed SF-18 and the following upon which the selection criteria of award will be based in descending order as to the Best Value to the Government. 1) Specialized Experience/Technical Competence(is most important) 2) Past Performance (provided references and work performed) 3)Capacity to accomplish work in the required time. 4) Knowledge of the locality of the project, and 5) Price. NAICS CODE: 113110 Contractors are required to submit a signed and dated SF-18, which is attached to this solicitation, along with DUNS Number, telephone number, fax number and an e-mail address if applicable.
