- HOTEL SOLICITATION PACKAGE The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center on behalf the Office of State & Local would like to solicit hotel and meeting room services for a tuition-free training program for up to four hundred (400) state and local law enforcement officers to be held in Traverse City, MI on August 9-11, 2011. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price type contract. Request for Quote HSFLGL-11-Q-00198 is in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6-Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. This is NOT a solicitation for Event Planning Services or 3rd Party Event Planning Services. The FLETC will not consider a proposal submitted by an offeror that is not a hotel. An offer which requires the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third party hotel shall be deemed technically unacceptable. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 721110 and the small business size standard is $7 million. This announcement/solicitation is solicited unrestricted, and constitutes the only solicitation document that will be issued. Wage Determination No: 1996-0081, Revision No: 25, Date Of Revision: 01/21/2011 Commercial Items Terms and Conditions The selected Offeror must comply with the following commercial item terms and conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items - the selected offeror must submit a completed copy of the listed representations and certifications; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, paragraph (a) and the following clauses in paragraph (b): 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-1, 52.232-33.
