Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/ solicitation number is W90CPK1046S001. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-45. The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed price purchase order for following requirement using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR PART 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Contractor shall provide maintenance and repair service for the following: 0001. Sixteen Canon copiers' model 3245 Image runners located at Bldg 305 and Bldg 314, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 0002. Maintenance and repair service for Canon copier 3080 located in Bldg 305, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 0003. Maintenance and repair for 3 Canon 5035 copiers at Norfolk, VA, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, and Natick CPAC, Natick, MA 0004. PKI - CAC card reader capability for 16 Canon 3245. 0005. PKI/CAC reading capability module for Bldg 305, Aberdeen proving Ground. MD 0006. PKI - CAC reading capability for Canon copier 5035S one located Picatinny CPAC; one located at Natick CPAC; one located Norfolk CPAC, VA. PKI modules to be installed at above locations. Period of Performance - One year from date of award. Services shall be performed during normal working hour's 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM daily, except Saturday, Sundays, and holidays. PRE-MAINTENANCE Equipment listed has been maintained on a continuing basis and will be in operating condition at the beginning of the service period. If contractor desires to conduct premaintenance inspection, costs must be incorporated in this schedule or absorbed by the contractor. ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS OF EQUPMENT During the maintenance service period, the Government may add additional equipment of the same type or delete equipment upon written notice to the contractor and at an equitable adjustment to the price. Place of Performance: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, Norfolk, VA, and Picatinny Arsenal, NJ Contract price shall include all parts, labor, travel and per diem cost necessary to repair the above listed equipment to first-class working operating condition. Spare parts or consumable items are not covered by this purchase order. Upon completion of service, the Contractor shall furnish a service report to the COR listing date, model, serial number, location, service performed, parts replaced and signed by an individual having knowledge of the service. Acceptance shall be at destination. The technical evaluation will be a determination based on information furnished by the vendor. The Government is not responsible for locating or securing any information which is not identified in the offer. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions. The Government reserves the right to award on all or none basis. 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications Commercial Items An offeror shall complete only paragraph (l) of this provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov.
