- Visitor Request Form This amendment is posted to notify interested industry partners of the details for the SIA II Pre-solicitation Conference. The Pre-solicitation Conference will be held at the Maryland Square 2 Facility on Wednesday, 18 May 2011. Due to limited seating, there will be two iterations of the Pre-solicitation Conference. Seating may be limited to no more than 2 representatives from each firm. Iteration 1 will be held from 0900-1200 on 18 May 2011. Iteration 2 will be held from 1300 to 1600 on 18 May 2011. All interested parties shall first submit the attached form completed with pertinent information. Complete blocks relative to visitor and visitor vehicle information. In addition to the completed form, interested firms shall provide a cage code and physical address for validation before parking passes will be issued. Only e-mailed submissions of the completed attached from will be accepted. E-mail the requested information to Allison Richards at allison.richards@dia.mil and Jennifer Sylvestre at jennifer.sylvestre@dia.mil NLT than 1200 Hours on Tuesday, 10 May 2011. Parking will be available however parking passes will need to be displayed in the vehicle window. Parking passes will be issued via separate e-mail upon validation of visitor information. Building information and directions will also accompany the parking passes.
