Foundation plan for Building 228 The 19th Airlift Wing, Little Rock AFB, AR 72099 intends to award a single, Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to provide a Fall Protection System in building 228. The Contractor shall provide all design, parts, labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to design and install one (1) each overhead fall restraint system for the Hangar 228 Aircraft Wash Facility at Little Rock AFB, AR in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This is an equipment purchase with incidental design and installation services. The Contractor shall be responsible for any and all design analyses, tests, etc. to ensure any loading from the fall protection systems into existing building structural or foundation components is in compliance with current code requirements. Completion of all work will be required no later than 74 calendar days after contract award. THIS ACQUISITION IS BEING ISSUED AS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE Identified by North American Industry System Classification (NAICS) Code 336413 and a size standard of 1,000 employees. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Contract award will be determined using the procedures of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.106-2. All Contractors shall be ORCA registered (http://orca.bpn.gov). All Contractors are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, that lack of registration in the CCR database BY AWARD DATE will make a contractor ineligible for award. Please acknowledge all requirements in proposals. NO PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE. The anticipated award date is 10 May 2011.
