Description: Two clarifications: 1. The deadline for past performance questionnaires was also changed to May 20, 2011 @ 12PM ET. 2. Regarding the "Project Plan" requirement listed in the RFP (ex. on page 41 of the RFP document), the Government requires a project management plan (submitted as a Word or PDF document) which applies only to the IDIQ statement of work.
